I appreciated the hotel, it was pleasant and clean with marvellous location in main areas. Location: the property was next to Lynmouth, and the harbour.

We liked this low budget hotel, nothing too much trouble. The staff was welcoming and pleasant and made us feel comfortable. The location was brilliant, for example, Lynton Cinema was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. Nearby restaurant was good with delightful food...

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with beautiful views of the sea from the window and a well-equipped bathroom with an excellent shower. The hotel also offers a great bar lounge area for unwinding after a day of exploring.

We enjoyed the live music event and the cozy atmosphere. The staff were so cute, and breakfast was great. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky, but the hotel covers parking a short walk away. Definitely check out the quirky themed rooms!
The bar menu could use a bit more variety, a slight letdown .
